No Returns
Since we provide intangible services (certification, registration, consulting, and compliance assistance), returns are not applicable once the service process has been initiated.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- If a payment is made but the service has not yet been initiated
- If a service cannot be delivered due to internal limitations from our end
Once the service process has started, no refunds will be issued, as time, resources, and documentation efforts are involved.
Government Fees
All government fees, statutory charges, and third-party fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to the respective authorities.
Delays & Rejections
Any delay or rejection caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete documents provided by the client
- Changes in government rules or regulations
- Delays from regulatory authorities
will not be eligible for a refund.
Cancellation
Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing before the service initiation. Approval of cancellation and refunds (if any) will be at the sole discretion of ONS Compliance Services.
